The truth hurts?

Not at all surprised GOG kowtowed to Beamdog, they're business associates after all. As rubbish as their half-assed Enhanced Editions are, people do buy them, so... "la culpa no es del chancho sino de quien le da de comer".

Frankly, the only thing that's obvious from this conversation is that you were acting childishly while GOG was being professional. What did you expect, when your responses were literally just repeating "lol but they are a parasite" and "you are pathetic"? Could you not have even for that one conversation tried to man up and act like a grown up? You were throwing a nasty tantrum and I can just imagine the poor guy on the other side of that conversation rolling his eyes thinking about the manchildren he has to deal with in this job :P

They straight up told you that you're breaking the users agreement, and that you can put the mix back and still have it be negative, just without straight up insulting anyone. If that's too hard for you then you have a problem and should seek professional help.

I don't like Beamdog and I think everyone here knows I have no problem with raging against GOG when they mess up. But this is just ridiculous. You people need to pull your heads out of your asses and try to take a good, sane look at the situation.

Oh, and here we have GOG employee posting on his civil account. Hi Breja, AKA GOG apologist. If they're not paying you for this you're the one who should go to the doctor. I've checked some of your posts and whenever GOG is being criticized you're there for the rescue :D.

There's always a choice. There are tons of disc versions still floating around on eBay and Amazon. You can also do without.

You know the drill, vote with your wallet. Beamdog are still around it's because people have made their paid patches releases viable.

It took you quite a while to find it, meanwhile, finding a thread where you act like a GOG fanboy (or respond in threads where GOG employees should respond and not some random user) is rather easy:

I really don't see why this game is getting people so worked up. There are so many much more interesting looking games not available on GOG. Frankly, this looks like just about the most boring thing since the Deadly Premonition. But then again, apparently many people enjoyed that, so... >shrug<

You could just start a new mix "games by devs you shouldn't support" or something like that. There, problem solved. But that would be just to sensible and civil, wouldn't it?

Judging by your behaviour and how quickly you responded THIS time, you're showing something entirely different :D. It was a cheap bait and you took it, the proper response was to ignore this fragment but you're not the sharpest tool in the shed, are you?

Of course they have the right, just like I have the right to respond to it and not liking it. This thread wasn't even my idea but I'm glad someone created it, seeing toadies like you is rather entertaining. And parasite is a very civil word, especially since it's not directed at any person but at the company.
