Note that all DOSBox and ScummVM titles will have identical compatibility because they are not running natively anyway.

Do we have a complete list of which games on here that are running on DOSbox respectively ScummVM (that is not littered with games from elsewhere)?

There is a list of GOG games that use DOSBox in DOSBox wiki. Can't find similiar for ScummVM.

Well all the free ones are SCUMMVM based (Pretty sure Teen Agent is, I've spent more time in the registry working out the double entry in games explorer than actually playing it), Simon 1 & 2, Broken Sword 2 is, I think Feeble Files is

Teen agent is DOSBox based, at least when it came on GOG.com. Scummvm might support it nowadays, but I recall at the time it was in development builds only

doomer: I'm happy too cause some titles like "Atari 80 classic games" does not run on Vista, but it works fine on 7! =)

I installed Atari's 80 Classic Games on my PC, Vista, and haven't had any problems with it running. I did have to use compatibility mode though.

Really? Oh well shows that I should have spent more time playing it...

You can add Gorky 17 to the working list...curiously enough.
Messiah works fine for me. Granted, I didn't play for long since I don't understand how to possess people, so I quickly died as I tried to change bodies.
