Today there have been happy moments, like reading everyone's stories in this thread. Plus, my company's reps in the field do things every day that are so stupid they make all of us laugh at the home office. Most of those stories would not be funny unless I wrote a wall of explanation, which of course would ruin it. One rep emailed us repeatedly asking to make sure that the state taxes were withheld properly and sent to the correct state. I checked on it, and in the process noticed the amount requested was zero. Another time, I asked a rep if the amount of money a client wanted to take out was gross or net of taxes. He said net, so I asked how much taxes. He said, "None."
Well, to us it's funny.
