This is a pretty good deal for Steam users who are curious and open minded about action, RPG and adventure games and not just looking for the best of the best. I mean, you could get Demonicon, The Last Templar, Zeno Clash, Betrayer, Blood Knights, Rune: Classic, Lichdom: Battlemage, Inquisitor, The Silent Age and One Finger Death Punch for three and a half dollars (or replace some titles with Pixeljunk Shooter, Disciples Sacred Lands etc., depending on your genre preferences). Not saying these are all great, but for 35 cents each they're definitely worth a look. And if you only find one among them that you like, it would probably be worth the bundle price on its own. I suppose the catch is that I'm not the only one who already owns them all. ;)

This one is great for those who like Tomb Raider. It should be released on GOG, imo.

Agree, If I didn't have everything here that I wanted, I'd be participating. Good for somebody who doesn't have the titles though.

Oh yeah, I completely overlooked that, otherwise I'd have listed it, too. I guess the 20 games deal would be worth it, too, if someone didn't own all of these already.

I did the 5 for $2 bundle and donated one of them to zeo's GA, but 4 for 2 is still a good bargain.

This is the first one where I did consider buying a 10 pack based on the quality of the offer, but right now I have to consider the time cost of playing as well as the $$, especially given the backlog.

Bundle Stars always indicates if a bundle is regionally-locked and I don't really see a game here that fits that criteria, so I don't think there is a regional lock, at all. Speaking of locks, though, I can already hear Mr. Buck Lawg whispering "You are Gr00t. You are Gr00t. You are Gr00t." from your closet, so you'll need to invest in a stronger lock to hold him back.
