DarkoD13: Has anyone ever bought from Shiny Loot?
http://www.shinyloot.com/sci-fi-rts-bundle?re=sales-1
The RTS bundle looks kind of interesting.
Does the site work like GG? I'm also not sure what the DRM for Stellar Impact is. It says "One Time Key Validation".
Stellar Impact is an online mutliplayer only game so the one time key activation is probably for the game's master server.

I've bought from Shiny Loot and they pretty much handle themselves like GOG, Gate, Playism and DotEmu - Downloadable DRM free executable packages - since the games are not commited to a client any future updates might be like pulling teeth to get from the developer. GOG is the only DRM free site that I've seen keep on top of updates.

This is not steam.
It downloads directly from the gamefly client.
Steam does not accept the game key.

Thanks for the heads up mondo. I confirm it will not activate on steam, but is still a free nice game, so, who cares? ;)

Only Steam redeemable free Gamefly game was Men of War Vietnam, and they pulled that offer in a few hours.

So is this locked to gamefly client or has some form of drm on it?

carnival73: Draconian Wars

http://www.desura.com/games/draconian-wars

Pretty cheap for what looks to be a high quality card game.
Maybe one of those temp release offers developers on Desura often times make for half a day?
Yep, I took a look at the Desura´s game first page and was a bit skeptic, thinking "this is supcious for looking good at this price", but I think I´ll give a try.

And there is a promo for new customers at Big Fish: any game for about U$ 2,5. I dunno if applies for other countries.

Also it seems that Origin has up to 70% sale off some of their Mac titles.
Magicka sale on GMG.

75% off.
New Humble weekly sale, this time PWYW for games from Blendo Games. The base package includes Flotilla, Atom Zombie Smasher and Air Fort, while beating the average gets you Thirty Flights of Loving as well. All are DRM-free and Steam, while many are cross platform.

Let me know how it is if anyone gets it. I played MTG and MTGO quite a bit.

I've been thinking of getting Thirty Flights for a while, the soundtracks are good bonuses.
Is Jurassic Park worth $7 for a big fan of the movie?

StingingVelvet: Is Jurassic Park worth $7 for a big fan of the movie?
It would probably be more fun for a person who hasn't seen the movie, but likes dinosaurs. As a fan of the movie, even more a big fan, you'll probably just be disappointed by the lack of Jurassic Parkness and missed potential for it to be jurassier parkier.

And you'll probably still go through it all, as a big fan, but it won't stick with you.

Oh, and QTIs. QTIs everywhere. And not the fun kind, in my opinion.
