amok: Two Worlds II is -75% on GG (£2.99 here) - http://www.gamersgate.co.uk/DD-TW2/two-worlds-2

It is a little bit if a slow starter, and the final bit is a bit lacking, but it is not a bad game at all. Well worth it for this price. Get it if you like open world action RPG's , or to just experience a truly original and innovative magic system.

Smannesman: That is a pretty good deal, unfortunately I want it on Steam or GOG.
Steam version also requires custom activation. Unless you trick it into offline activation mode and hit it with a keygen.

It's more that I don't want to check more than two accounts for games.
Although I did do a quick little search after I posted and found out about the draconian DRM system.
Yeah I bought a boxed copy of TW2 and regretted supporting their DRM method. When I sold my boxes I did not replace TW2 with a digital copy because of that DRM.

If it comes to GOG someday like the original I will re-buy it, or if they patch out the DRM.

It's a good game actually, neat magic system and some unique areas to explore.

pen_sq: 3 Activations, and they'll lock you out of even a Steam Authenticated copy of Two Worlds II.
FYI, if you run out of activations with GG bought copy, contact GG support. As long as they haven't changed their policy recently, they will simply give you a new CD key. And for the record, I don't recall having to type reams of crap to activate my copy.
Pixel Escape was an insta-buy...the others not so much.

Looks like Steam's daily might be "Unity of Command" ...not quite sure, it's hidden again and that's the only sale item that isn't following any current sale theme.

You have to type in pages of personal data to activate, I believe it uses your real SSN and bank passwords as part of the main story arc. I'm not sure about that last bit, I got annoyed halfway through the activation interrogation and deleted the pile of crap.

Elaria: Yeah thanks for the info, I'm going to delete it from my Steam/GG wishlist and forget about it.
If you buy a game on GG and it runs out of activations, just contact GG staff and they give you a new key. It used to be very easy, at least.
> BTW i thought Steam had a daily deal each day, however none today for some reason?.

They've stopped putting on the side of the front page but the daily deal can still be found at the bottom (in the NEWS section)

Some big stalingradish war game today.

Quite a few games they don't normally put on special.

I've been trying to snag that game for a while now. Figures I'd be broke and / or without tradeable games when that happens.
