Did it not have only 1 real DLC...?

It had a crap-ton of item packs and two that could be considered real DLC: Mark of the Assassin, and Legacy. Then there was also the Exiled Prince. Not sure if that would be considered a real DLC or not though.

Why?
A Bioware rep stated that there won't be GOTY version for DA2 at all.

You can get Bioware points occasionally for 50% off. This, together with the constant deals on DA 2 makes a "self made GOTY" hardly more expansive than 20$.

I even prefer GT legends over the race 07 series because it has a carreer mode.

Hah... I've got free GTL from them after showing them my key from a Russian retail copy.
Still, the original GTR is probably the best they've done in more modern racing. IIRC, Race 07 lost some of the features of the previous Simbin games. That, and the number of expansions for it is ridiculous.
