ABH20: Sam & Max Complete Pack for $39.95, Season 3 uses SecuROM though.
avatar
etna87: Hum. That's 50€ in Europe, and it's always $40 on the Telltale site: http://www.telltalegames.com/samandmax
This deal does not look that special to me ;)
I picked it up for $12.50 when they had their anniversary sale...
Plus the Telltale downloads don't have Securom. All they do is ask for your product key and I think they phone home, but there's nothing else.

uchos: Mass Effect: $5.99
Mass Effect 2: $5.99
Mass Effect 2 Digital Deluxe: $8.99
Mass Effect 1 + 2 Digital Deluxe: $11.99
For the curious: Mass Effect 2 can be activated on Origin. So can Mass Effect 1, but you have to use a workaround.

I think there is some kind of activation the first time you start an episode, haven't checked if it phones home on later game starts. I can check later.

I remembered one more advantage of buying directly through Telltale: You get the digital download, plus an end-of-season-DVD for just the cost of shipping (I skipped that so far, because shipping to Germany is rather expensive). It contains all the episodes on DVD, plus a bunch of bonus materials; here are the links if you want to check them out:

If you want it without DRM, get it on GOG. Wait for a good gog sale (it will be likely slightly more expensive for all 3, cheaper if you get only the two you are missing)

Ya you and Foxhack are right. I'll hold off for now. Thanks for the advice

Very nice bundle btw
Kind of an awful bundle. Beating the average should give me the ability to forget ever having played Grotesque Tactics rather than having a key to force on someone I hate.

Greed and Future look semi interesting though.

is it really that bad? I kinda wanted to check it out but now with the bundle being live I see a lot negative comments about it.

It has its' fans but I thought it was pretty awful. Dated mechancis, and oh man are the attempts at humor terrible. I think most of the fans of the game really dug the sense of humor so I guess that's the main gauge on whether you'll like it.

I did not think it was that bad. It is not brilliant, and plays a little slow, but if you have the patience it is not a bad turn based tactical game.

eidt: and yes, you must ignore the "humour"

Didnt' the game receive some sort of a patch that addressed these issues? That's what I heard anyway.

It fixed some things, but not nearly enough. It's still a horrible mess of bugs, just slightly less so than on release.
