No, Mafia II is Steamworks. Mafia 1 isn't. If it was a Steamworks game, it'd say "Third party DRM: Steam" under the price.

We never said it needs Steam :) It needs Capsule...

I got that I was only asking if this one from GMG was possible to redeem too on steam.
It seems like people aren't reading posts fully more and more around here...

Anyway, if you're ever wondering if a game can be activated on Steam or not, check out this list.

Nope. You just download it with Capsule. No keys

By the way this is a great deal on Gamers Gate:
Cities in Motion Collection €13.58 normal price is €39.95

Thank you. It's not a matter of not reading fully, it's just ignorance on my part related to digital distributions from others providers that are not steam.

gyokzoli did before he edited his post. :P
Daily Deal at GamersGate:

Sword of the Stars II for 8.99 $/€ (70% off). Requires Steam.

Only get it if you want to support the developers. The game was released as a mess, calling it merely "unfinished" would be a euphemism. Basically a dev admitted that they hgad to release it to fund further development. Since then, patches have improved the situation, but the game is still far from finished. Personally, I'd recommend getting the previous game and its expansions, as linked above by ABH20.
