Square Enix is no longer publishing Marvels Guardians of the Galaxy, its self-published by Eidos themselves who are owned by THQNordic

I believe there is a good chance we might see it appear here soon.

Fixed, thanks!
Dead Cells: Return to Castlevania - Launch Date Gameplay Trailer
"Our next DLC, Return to Castlevania, is emerging 6th March 2023!"

No GoG logo to be seen at the end there, could just be due to the usual "Right, totally forgot that we're selling over there too"... or that Konami explicitly asked Motion Twin to not advertise the DRM-free release.

Meridian4-published take on the reverse-horror 2D puzzle platformer sub-genre, viruZ should get a release here in the near future:

Konami seems to have a good relationship with GOG, so it would be silly if it was not released here too.

If they had a good relationship with GOG they would have re-listed again Metal Gear Solid 2 , released here Metal Gear V and some of their other games too.

MGS 2 wasn't delisted for the relationship but for licensing issues.

To be fair, we haven't had any releases from them since late 2020. And we only currently have 4 games from them here (if we count the Castlevania & Contra bundle as one game).

But this could still happen.
Ghost Blood is all but officially confirmed for release too:

People usually say that it is the publisher and not the developer that decides what platform to publish on, right?

I just noticed that Snowrunner is on Focus Entertainment.
The same Focus Entertainment that has published lots of games on GOG, like A Plague Tale games, Vampyr, Blacktail, Hired Gun, Greedfall, The Counsil, The Surge, and so on and so on.

Of course they also have a large bunch of games NOT on GOG.

What decides that some games, even old ones like Mudrunner or Farming Simulator 19, should not come to GOG?
While other titles, even new ones and sort of triple-A ones, does come to GOG?

Anyone know how they reason? Are some devs blocking GOG or what?

Maybe someone has twitter or some other social media and can ask Focus Entertainment a simple question about Snowrunner, since they already have so many other games here?
Unless I'm the only one who really want that game in here of course ;)

Don't take this the wrong way but... Why not email them yourself? Assuming they have an email listed somewhere on their site/socials. Seriously, it takes a minute to do, and you're more likely to have your message noticed than a tweet, Discord message, etc, which get buried easily.

If you want a GOG release to happen, don't bank on someone else asking for you. And if someone already did, you should still ask anyway!
It's a numbers game with a lot of these companies: If one person asks, it's easy for them to ignore. When many people ask, and cite things like the community wishlist or discussion threads showing there are 100s or 1000s of potential sales here, they're more likely to pay attention.

Just 2 cents from someone who's been asking companies for GOG releases for a long time x)

Possibly down to IP licensing of Vehicles or music, they could come with DRM terms attached
