The-Business: Virgin Games (Virgin Interactive's name until 1993?)
They published many famous games like Command & Conquer, Dune, Resident Evil (and I would also hope for Floor 13), but the game will likely be published here by a different company, so it should be one they developed.
Well, considering that C&C is now in EA hands we might get next interesting games:

Dune (1992) - Freemen, Drugs and Emperor! :)
Dune II (1992) - Freemen, Drugs and Three Houses! :)
The Daedalus Encounter (1995) - Tia Carrere, Aliens and Space Ship! :)
Lost Eden (1995) - Dinosaurs, Stronghold and Masked Girl! :)

this might possibly mean Magic and Mayhem or Blade Runner!
Just to be clear - it's very unlikely we'll be getting the Dune games as Night Dive talked to the Herbert Properties folks and they were uninterested in trying to re-release the games.

Magic and Mayhem is from 1998, Blade Runner 1997. Then I'd expect 'Virgin Interactive' or 'Virgin Interactive Entertainment'.

So it should be something from this list 'Titles developed' from 1993 or earlier.

Will Headlander come to gog?
I thought it will come to gog today because someone mentioned in the DoubleFine forums that they have said this in a stream.

Not quite. They most certainly didn't develop Command and Conquer, Dune 2 or Lands of Lore (the honour goes to Westwood), which are among the games of the list.

Two more accurate lists of the games they developed can be found here:

in that case The Daedalus Encounter would be sweet. I really doubt Dune or any C&C would be listed under Virgin if they appeared on GOG.

PS: Still hoping for Magic and Mayhem

Doesn't matter because a gog release was confirmed by DoubleFine.

I don't believe Night Dive when they are saying "unlikely...", "uninterested..." etc... ;)

"In Okhlos you lead a mob of ancient Greeks, tiny and pixeled, through mythological Greece, destroying everything that stands in their way." Also, on the official site now you can vote for what launch discount the game should have, 5, 10 or 15%.

Cool! The game looks interesting enough, and it will piss off the anti-indie & anti-pixelart crowd. Double win. :P

No, I think it will piss of the 'how come that game comes here and not something else' crowd. Which is fair, considering it seems like GOG is just shaking a giant 8-ball and reading for yes or no responses sometimes.
Not saying it's an 'awful' game... but, after watching a series on it, it doesn't seem all that ground-breaking.
