JediLoop: Source?
kickstarter post http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/70755535/dead-state-the-zombie-survival-rpg/posts/435254

they say they will provide DRM-free copies to backers but haven't denied nor confirmed that there won't be a gog release.
Since backers asked for gog distribution I reckon they consider it as an option. That's why I'd sort it under unconfirmed. But if the source is weak feel free to disregard this ;)

Thanks for the info, but it's to little. DRM-free doesn't automatically mean GOG (look at Humble Store for example).

A Steam user who was a former C64 and Amiga programmer say that he is working on bringing two of his old games from the 80's to GOG, but I don't know what the games are.... Still it's nice to have more old games!
Edit: 6 minutes of Internet sleuthing later and I know his real name and the company he worked for, so it should be two of these games:

You could try contacting him directly on Steam, but he is active on several other places. Using his Steam name and info, I found his real name here:
http://www.retrogamer.net/show_profile.php?username=Dean%20Demon
and I found his company based on comments he made here:

Edit: Ninja'd :)

I loved the shit out of the original version, I'm glad to see it is finally being re-released on PC.

I think the only game from that list where I'd prefer getting a PC version (over the Amiga version) is Elite (Plus), and that is already freeware. And even if it wasn't... I think I've had already enough of the original Elite. :)

Most of those games were from the era (pre-1990) where the PC version meant worse looking EGA graphics, and no sound card support.

Or was he talking about making new remakes?

Get Elite Plus for free (legit) here, along with any other Elite ports:

Elite Plus has Roland MT-32 support, so if you use it with MT-32 or Munt, you'll get the best version of Blue Danube of any of the existing Elite ports. :) I also liked the PC version (Plus) as it supported analog joysticks, which is very helpful for manual docking.

Sweet! This game actually caught my interest despite not liking zombie genre but I couldn't recall the name.

Phoenix Online Studios expressed a desire to appear on GOG recently too.
"Oh believe me, since hearing GOG is thinking about changing their tune on episodic content, we're very interested in getting it there sooner if we can. :) " - Katie Hallahan, POS Game Designer
So now the ball is in GOG's court.
