so you got games on your wishlist but isnt there an option you get notified when they are on sale?
Not currently, but there's a request to add that feature on the community wishlist:

http://www.gog.com/wishlist/site/notify_users_by_email_when_games_in_their_wishlists_go_on_sale
In the meantime, why not use RSS to subscribe to site updates? I suppose Facebook, Twitter and Google+ would be good for this as well, but I use RSS the most. Look at the bottom of every page on GOG to subscribe!

Am I missing it or is this feature still not implemented? Do I really have to log in every day to catch a sale on my wishlisted games???

No, if you just subscribe to the GOG newsletter you're informed whenever there's a sale going on.
That's not true. I have a game on my wishlist that's on sale right now. I didn't get a newsletter about that, even though I'm subscribed. That's because they only announce bigger "themed" sales in the newsletter. So if you don't log in to Gog all the time, you miss sales. And thereby, Gog fails to make a potential sale. It's really baffling how they can have a wishlist that has none of functionality that you expect from it, most importantly notifications about sales and the option to make your wishlist public to friends and family so they can pick a gift for you. It's like...doesn't Gog want to make money or what?

Not all sales are announced by newsletters. And also I really don't know who the heck is responsible for the newsletter system, but most of the time the newsletter comes really late. For different sales I had the newsletter in my mailbox 1-5 days after the sale started. Really wish they would manage to send them on time.

The only thing you can do at the moment is getting a gogwiki account and then sync your wishlist to it using Barefoot Essentials. This will then be visible to everyone visiting your gogwiki page.

I have been relying on the RSS feed. It is not perfect and the timing is not ideal. Also, it doesn't always match the news on the website.
However, it's quick and simple. I can live with it for the time being.
I recommend you try http://isthereanydeal.com/
It does exactly what you're describing. You can import your GOG wishlist to that website and you'll be notified by them whenever a game goes on sale.
It would be nice if gog actually implemented that feature but for now isthereanydeal does the trick.
You can also import wishlists from other stores which is pretty nice to get all the notifications in one place. There's also really cool features such as getting notifications only if the game goes under a certain price you specify or a certain percentage off.

That's a nice suggestion-thanks Pardinuz!-but there's a slight problem:One would need to create a GOGmix with his wishlist on it, and isthereanydeal will import that. I might make one myself-just so I know what I miss when I happen to be on holidays somewhere without internet or for use with flash/insomnia sales- but it feels awkward making a mix (which the whole world might see) with my wishlist. But I guess it won't hurt to try...

Well, I definitely didn't have to use a GOGmix for that. I used my private whishlist. I don't remember exactly how I did it but there should be instructions on the website. I think it was some sort of script.
If you still can't figure out how to do it, let me know and I'll find out how. (EDIT: I posted instructions below)

I could certainly use some help, thank you! In the meanwhile(before I saw your reply) I tried to make a gogmix, but it seems it glitched and only shows the first half or the second half of the wishlist, depending on its whims (I probably have too large a wishlist for the GOGmix to handle-it wasn't designed to show wishlists after all!). Which means that if I sync it to isthereanydeal, half of the wishlist is missing. I didn't see any instructions regarding using a script on the website(maybe I was looking in the wrong place though), so it would be nice if you could remember how you did it, if the steps aren't too hard to do. Thanks again in advance! :-)

Found it! When you click import wishlist. Ignore the bit that says Import mix. If you look at the bottom of that window you'll find this link:

"Import more wishlists via a Greasemonkey script made by Stephan Sokolow."

It should be easy to go from there. Here are the instructions:

1. Install in Firefox ([url=https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/tampermonkey/dhdgffkkebhmkfjojejmpbldmpobfkfo]Tampermonkey in Chrome should also work but hasn't yet been tested)
2. Install this ITAD userscript
3. Go to your wishlist and click the new Export to ITAD button. (select only GOG from the list of stores at the bottom)
4. Afterwards you can go back to isthereanydeal and adjust the notification triggers.

Thank you again! :D I did find the part you mentioned, but the tough part was finding out how to install the script-it wasn't evident, but I found out how to do it! *Feels proud for finding out something codey, even while not being good at programming and informatics stuff* ^_^ Anyways, so now it's up and ready to notify when a game has a dicsount of 50% and above or a permanent price drop(I found that option too). I have another question though-suppose I want to update my wishlist: should I click the Export to ITAD button again? I suppose if I've added stuff, it'll add just the new stuff-but what if I remove something without buying it-'cause I changed my mind or something? Does it take that into account and how? (I'd like not to make the experiment myself right now...) Sorry if I bother you and thanks again. :)
edit-maybe I can just remove selected from ITAD-but how would that work with a possible next syncing(if I add games as well)?

Thanks madth3 as well-sorry for not noticing your reply earlier-this reply system tends to get a little confusing at times!
