All those old Lucasarts adventure games.
Jazz Jackrabbit series
Earth 2100 series
Rally championship 2000
Add another for the classic Lucasarts games. The Secret of Monkey Island 1 & 2, Curse of Monkey Island, Full Throttle, Sam 'n' Max Hit the Road, Day of the Tentacle, The Dig, Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis, Grim Fandango, LOOM, etc.
I'd also love to see the Baldur's Gate series, Planescape: Torment, the System Shock games, Troika Games' Arcanum, the X-COM series, Deus Ex, the Thief series.
Homeworld 1 & 2, Little Big Adventure (aka. Relentless) and Little Big Adventure 2 (aka. Twinsen's Odyssey), Duke Nukem 3D and maybe a pack of the side-scrollers.

Coktel Vision
Goblins serie :-)
I know it's already been mentioned, but TIE fighter. All the classic Lucasarts games in fact.
I know there's a TIE Fighter released for Windows (tie95) but that version lacked the dynamically mixed MIDI music of the DOS original which completely destroys the ambiance.
A last year I found my TIE Fighter collectors CD-ROM edition and tried to get it working using DOSBox to no avail (for some reason it was choppy even in low-res mode on my Core2 Quad, even locking it to one CPU didn't help. I played it in high-res on my P2 no probs back in the day!) TIE Fighter was the main reason why I signed up for this site!
Also, Eurofighter Typhoon and the original EF2000 (with all the latest patches like Super EF2000 etc). They don't make realistic military flight sims anymore!

Most of the games I want have already been mentioned. Here's my wishes:
Temple of Elemental Evil
Arcanum Of Steamworks and Magick Obscura
These games were developed by Troika, a company founded by three luminaries of the RPG genre: Leonard Boyarsky, Tim Cain and Jason Anderson, after they left Interplay. These men were responsible largely responsible for the greatness of Fallout. Troika has unfortunately collapsed after releasing their third game, Vampire The Masquerade: Bloodlines, that's not on this list due to simply not really being that old, though it really is very good.
Temple of Elemental Evil is a great roleplaying game with a fantastic turn-based implementation of D&D 3rd edition, reminescent of Baldur's Gate and even older RPG games. While light on the story side of things, since it's an adaption of one of the first ever D&D adventure modules (those were light in dialog and story in the beginning), the combat is something to be witnessed. I'd say that it's the most exciting turn-based combat system I've ever experienced.
Arcanum was Troika's first game, and while the combat wasn't its strenght, its unique setting, multiple paths and branching conversations made it a great RPG that should have gotten more attention.

Arcanum!

Xel: Arcanum + Black Isle games are must-be in GOG.
Also I would like to see:
Metal Gear Solid: Integral
Final Fantasy VII & VII
Sanitarium

Great suggestions! I remember wanting to buy Sanitarium back when it first launched but never getting around to it. I'd definitely pick it up on GOG if they were able to get the rights.
Any chance that we will get the Interplay arcade game ports? I have a copy of Raiden II tucked away somewhere and would like to see more...
Dungeon Keeper, Deeper Dungeons & Dungeon Keeper 2!! :D
I want to see the following added (for $5.99 - $9.99?):
- Diablo
- Diablo 2 + Expansion Pack
- Battlesiege 2
- Battlesiege 3
Hopkins FBI
Carmageddon
System Shock 2
Red Alert
Lands of Lore series
Wing Commander series
System Shock series
Stunt Island
I adore all the LucasArts games (adventure and flight sims like TIE Fighter) and Sierra games but I have them all running perfectly under XP and Vista and I own them all! Still, I wouldn't complain if they were on here as it would give people who have never played them before a chance to.
Plus I'd love the addition of soundtracks, wallpapers and strategy guides to them.
i have a bunch of original game disks and CDs, but i would be extraordinarily enthusiastic for a release of the Crusader: No Remorse/No Regret games that i didn't have to fiddle with DOSBox endlessly to run at the proper speed.
G-Nome
System Shock series
Deus-Ex
Baldur's Gate 1 with expansion
Baldur's Gate 2 with expansion
Star Wars: XvT
MDK2
Star Wars: Dark Forces, and Jedi Knight 1 (Guess Jedi Academy is too much to ask?)
Planescape: Torment
Some of the suggestions are wrong, I don't mean to offend anyone but games like Red Alert (free now) and Max Payne series (on steam) can be acquired easily from other sources. GOG should focus on the harder to find games at least for now, but I do like the idea of a "free" section.

StrykerWolf: Baldur's Gate 2 with expansion
Planescape: Torment

a thousand times yes for those suggestions along with Icewind Dale 1&2 :)

Abaddon: a thousand times yes for those suggestions along with Icewind Dale 1&2 :)

The funny thing is, I have all those games and yet I think I'd buy them all again just so I don't have to mess about with CDs and patches. Laziness ftw.
