Battlezone I & II
I was going to to suggest Earthworm Jim 1 and 2, but I just noticed them on the "Coming Soon" list. Yay!
I'll vote for:
The Lost Vikings
Shadowcaster
Commandos
Majesty
I think there's also room to sell some of the older, smaller games which have aged well:
Prince of Persia
Bubble Bobble
Lemmings
Silent Storm as well as Hammer & Sickle I don't believe have been mentioned. I've never actually played them myself, but they'd be nice on GOG DRM-free (boxed copies had starforce).
Mentioned in the first post, and probably hundreds of others, but System Shock 2.
Planescape Torment. Would be killer and would be highest on my wish list.
Alpha Centauri w/ expansion. To get this from Amazon is highway robbery and imo is better than all the regular civ titles.
System Shock 2. What a classic.
Baldur's Gate series of games.
Ultima 9. Would be awesome to play this since when I bought it years ago I could never get the buggy thing to run.
Ultima 7 with expansions. Another classic.
Might and Magic 6
Heroes of Might and Magic 1 and 2 that worked on vista.
Final Fantasy VII, and Black and White 1 and 2.
Quest for Glory I
Quest for Glory II
Quest for Glory III
Quest for Glory IV
Quest for Glory V
Freddy Pharkas
I would love to see the Might and Magic titles, or at least the later ones (6 on), and Heroes of Might and Magic. An oldie that I always enjoyed was Solar Winds; that would be great to play again. It seems as though a handful of companies own the bulk of what would be considered classics - EA (WestWood, Bullfrog, Origin, and Maxis), LucasArts, and Activision Blizzard (Sierra) - that are still pretty healthy. I would suppose the good thing about that is that if a deal could be struck, then just one would open up access to a wealth of older titles.
Oh yeah, one more: Panzer General.

#1 Blade of Darkness (hands down, sooooo much fun despite being very challenging, graphics and gameplay was ahead of its time)
Also would like to see Lucasarts titles like X-Wing / Tie Fighter series and adventure games like Sam and Max and full throttle.
Mechwarrior series would be cool too
The favorites from my wish list is:
Sierra
Return to Krondor (and Betrayal at Krondor)
Gabriel Knight Series
Phantasmagoria 1&2
Lucas Arts
Monkey Island series
Grim Fandango
Eidos
Thief series
Anachronox
Take 2 current owner (I think)
Tex Murphy series
Black Dahlia
The Starfleet Command series would be nice.
I noted yesterday that my copy of Republic Commando won't run fully even with compatibility and other tweaking. An XP/Vista update would rock. Great game.
Star Trek Elite Force and EF 2.
The Xcoms as mentioned earlier.
Ditto on Incubation and Planescape Torment. The Deus Ex series.
The SSI Gold Box games (you can get these elsewhere but an updated compilation woudl rule. Don't forget the Buck Rogers series).
Long live System Shock 2!
The Xeen Series.
The Ground Control series.
No one lives forever 1&2.
Betrayal at Krondor.
Darklands with the bugs ironed out and updated so it will run without having to jump through hoops.
I would love to see the Wing Commander series. Miss them...
Duke Nukem 3d :-)
Duke Nukem 3D
Half-Life (yes, I know it's on Steam, but...)
Rayman 2
Rayman 3
Wages of War

This is a great game, somewhat similar in play to Fallout series. This would be a great addition!
