Well, now that we know exactly which characters (and which not) are in the code... there's a boring (but effective) brute-force approach:

etc...

Edit: Actually, you can probably try to get two or three characters at once without too much interference between them, to speed things up a bit....

And we'd get it in about 120 guesses. I'm hoping to not do so many guesses and not brute force it like that...

I think I mentioned that I am terrible at mastermind (lack of experience with the game really). :)

According to my notes, just 9 characters left to guess. And we know which characters are in every section of the code. The less defined one is the second one, you should focus on that one next, Adam.

Congratulations!

I did forewarn Fujek that I was terrible at mastermind due to lack of experience with the game. I threw out a lot of wild guesses, but I think I started to improve a bit as the game progressed (I read a few pages on strategies and methods to the game).

EDIT:
It has come to my attention that YogSo did NOT redeem the code, so the game is still on!

At the end you made a guess that didn't bring any new info:

But apart from that they were very useful, really. And combined with the three full-code wild guesses you made, it was pretty nailed already.

Oh, and the game is still waiting for someone to grab it. Don't let it be forever outcast, people... ;-)

Thanks for pointing out that guess, I'm sure I just put it there for completeness or something. You're right that it didn't give us anything new at all.
