You should link to the relevant threads (known scammers, ass'n'tits, ect.) to let them know what you're talking about. I have the strong feeling they'll otherwise just delete this thread and miss the others xP

One of the blues will just change the title of the thread. Creating threads with eye catching titles is obviously not accomplishing anything so As I mentioned before just contact support regarding this with the evidence from your Chat.

If the response is not satisfactory then keep re-opening the ticket by replying to the support mail and demanding proper action. If everyone that got unsavory messages in their Chat creates a support ticket regarding the harassment then I'm sure they will acknowledge and take notice of it.
