Freedom Force is really annoying to get running on Vista, first of all it wouldn't start. So I installed the latest patch. Now it seemed to work fine, no glitches or anything but when I completed the first level it would not continue. There was no NEXT button and when I try to load the game clicking 'mission briefing' doesn't do anything. I didn't post this in the 3RD REICH forum because it's the original and nobody would have seen it anyway.

There is a possible save game bug in the first mission :

Also, you should try uninstalling and installing as Admin. Also set as run as admin through the settings. You would be surprised how many Vista problems that fixes. Vista has a thing about Admin protocols.
