GOG only works properly with the latest versions of Chrome and Firefox. This issue appears if you have a too old browser or a browser based off a too old version of those (for example PaleMoon).

It's a bug appearing on browsers not supported by GOG. Try using a browser based on Chromium (Opera, Vivaldi, Brave) or Firefox Quantum.
