Anyone else having a problem with this? I bought an Interplay game and downloaded it on 19 Sep, but there's no sign of a code for me to get another one, unfortunately.

couple of things, make sure you followed the rules (usually people don't use the same email address for signup) secondly, put in a support ticket, that's the best way to get this issue solved.
It sounds like support for this doesn't work on weekends though.
