I forget I had a lot of these games! They're still in the original boxes with all the manuals and orignal CD and cases! I just wanted to share these photos, not to brag or anything. I figure if anyone from GOG see these maybe they could add them.

Oh and I forgot that I still have System Shock 2! That one really surprised me. I also have The Elder Scroll Adventures: Redguard, which is pretty obscure.
for some reason it didn't post the 2nd pic.

Ooh, nice collection. I am jealous.
Oooh, you lucky bastard!
I was too young (and poor) back when those gems came out, so I missed out on most of the classics... luckily I have GOG to rectify that problem :).
You should hang onto that collection, I'm sure many people would give their right hand (figuratively speaking - I hope) to own it.
I'm a game collector myself. I usually just browse the local flea markets in the desperate hope that someone has dropped off a box of old classic games. Strangely enough, I keep finding tons of ZX Spectrum games in my neighbourhood flea market.
Now if only I owned the system...
Yeah these are really old. I had them in a couple boxes. I only showed the games that I had boxes for, I still have a bunch of old games that are just in CD cases. I figured they weren't that special. There's like BattleZone II, Heretic II, DOOM Trilogy, Quake II, etc.
Great collection man.
I have some of those games, and a decent amount of the boxes actually, though nothing in good condition like yours. If I have disks they are in good condition probably, but the boxes themselves/the manuals and such have been squished together on a shelf for years and so probably aren't super nice. I should go through them all sometime and clear out what I have and maybe actually organize it in some way.

Actually, I think a couple of years ago I threw out some of the larger (old style, real actual boxes) game boxes, but kept the covers/front of them because the art is great and I think it is really cool. I never did anything with it though. Maybe I'll get to that for all of the stuff I have and make a collage or something like that for a wall.

Dude, they're not THAT old, in fact I bought most of those when they first came out :)

Seriously, nice collection. I used to own about 75 percent of those but sold them, along with everything else I owned, when I moved to Thailand. Think I got about $3-$5 each? Dread to think how much they'd be worth now!!
Neat collection! Oni has always looked pretty cool to me, even before I got 'into' computer games.

Is it just me, or do the words "Battle Zone" on Battle Zone kinda have the same kind of slant them as the words "Mega Man" on the weird artwork of the US NES Mega Man box?
Here's the jewel case games that I never had boxes for.

I bought a lot of these back in the CompUSA hayday and when Best Buy used to sell a lot of PC games. Before I moved I LOVED going to Fry's Electronics in Vegas, they always had a TON of old games for dirt cheap!
Sorry for the blurry pictures. You can hardly see some of the front covers. Damn iPhone.

I used to have a collection just like yours... then my mom forced me to throw out the boxes. :(

I'm so jealous.
Great CD and Jewel Case collection

I remember one Christmas receiving Half-Life (Platinum) :)
Holy crap! That's an extremely rare copy of Redguard right there.

So jelly. Screw this gen where I get silly 3 page-long company info posing as manuals.
Stop wasting that Myth II and get your ass into Mariusnet.

I left a few boxes at my parents in the US when I moved to Thailand. They're now moving to Spain, so my mother is in the process of photographing everything and sending the photos to me asking "Can I sell this in a garage sale"? LOL.

I'm telling her to get rid of most of it. After all, how am I supposed to get boxes and boxes of books to me in Thailand, when I'll be moving to Spain myself next year?

Besides, it's just stuff. It can all be replaced (although, yeah, in the case of old computer games, at a very expensive cost :)

Haha! Yeah, I didn't think of it like that! :) She wouldn't move. I tried to get her out of the picture.

True. It's just stuff. But yeah, finding a lot of the old games is expensive. Until GOG gets them that is!
I'm surprised no one said anything about Daikatana! HAHA! :D I got sooo much flak from my friends when I bought that back in the day.
