Hey there! Glad you're back to this mini-community!

The forums may be in shambles and GOG may shoot itself in the foot often, but we'll always be here. Weird how that works, but I like it. As a newcomer myself, I'd like to play with you whenever we get the chance.

I have no idea what you guys are talking about and at this point I'm too afraid to ask (insert Andy Dwyer mere). I literally open /forum where I see my favorite topics which is you guys and all is good :) The only other topic I take part in yearly is the Secret Santa and that's that.

Well, I know exactly what they're talking about but like you I just go straight for my bookmarked topics. I never clear them out, so thankfully it takes quite a lot of scrolling to get down to the actual general discussion so I am naturally shielded from the cesspit that it is.

Vitek: Sorry, I know I left some things unanswered but I just don't like to come here and barely have in months. I tried to visit the forums yesterday but after seeing in what state it is, it's not something I am interested in visiting. So feel free to hit me up through PM (I still use Galaxy) when you are up to something interesting off-site, be it mafia, casual converstaion, insults or something else, but not here anymore.
I know, I know, I don't like this kind of posts either but then, I don't like licking concrete as well and yet I still do it, so deal with it. :-p
Sorry to hear that, but I completely understand where you're coming from. Maybe we'll just have to host the games on Joe's Rum-Ham forum.

I don't know what that is but I wouldn't mind moving elsewhere if that makes people more comfortable. Outside of the friends I made through the mafia community I don't really care about this forum all that much.

I would second this sentiment. If the group at large moved to a different forum to continue the mafia games I would gladly follow.

This has occurred to me, but it's a trade off between not getting new blood and losing people because the forum is kind of awful.
Besides, we seem to have fewer new people every year anyway. I was assuming we'd still post signups here, but this well seems to have run dry already.

I only heard about the game because the same writer wrote the Talos Principle lore.

But do we really want to play on a forum where somebody (ANYbody) can post straight away LESS THAN 10 minutes after posting? Or where we can just RUSH straight on to a new page without taking ANY MOMENT AT ALL to sit and consider the implications of What We Do?

Is that what we want??
