HypersomniacLive: That's actually pretty funny coming from the person that most likely has the most votes/unvotes per Day this game. Cheers for making me LOL.
That was only added so someone doesn't just systematically just vote everyone, say in alphabetical order, to subvert the other rules. In general, I never have a probably with more voting. If everyone voted every time they posted, it would be awesome.

Voting no-lynch would also result in an instant modkill.

ZFR: ...
You have played a great game, I’ve been impressed with your play and hope you play more.
avatar
ZFR: This is not funny.

I wanted to win knowing I won by my own skills, not because the opponent wanted to throw the game. Wouldn't have invested so much time in this otherwise.
I've got news for you. The game isn't over. You still need to decide who to lynch fist, me or adaliabooks. The other scum will have the ability to recruit Tonight. That would make it a 6 player game, with two scum tomorrow (or end the game if the surviving scum fails coversion). Then the other claimed scum will be kill Day 4, a town Night 4. So,, Day 5, it is a 4 player game, with 1 scum. It would be a mislynch and lose scenario.

Does my claim make a LITTLE more sense now?

Whatever.

vote: adaliabooks, just so you have to stay longer in this game.

Oh *%#$(@. *(%@#. *(%*@(%@(%$@*.

I JUST finished going through the thread to tally the votes myself. -.-

So silly.

Not exactly what you were aiming for?
vote Krypsyn

gogtrial34987: Not exactly what you were aiming for?
I wasn't aiming for anything. *shrug*

Well, I guess was aiming for a faster moving game, and that is happening.

HypersomniacLive: Both ZFR and Bookwyrm have stated that Today we have four Vanillas, even though we have been going with the scenario that there was a successful conversion N1.
Ugh. Yeah, that's an error on my part. That explains the trouble I've been having trying to reconcile names with numbers.

Well, so much for my "analysis". On multiple fronts, after Krypsyn's claim.

gogtrial34987: Patented town tactic for winning: dragging it all out until scum stops caring. \o/
Indeed. o.o

Tempting to go ZFR's route, and "punish" Krypsyn for that by voting Adalia. Alternatively, don't kill Adalia first because he wasn't the one to suicide.

Alternatively alternatively, what if Krypsyn is lying about not having a scum buddy? No one is currently on the cusp, though, so trying to save his buddy from lynch doesn't really fly.

Alternatively alternatively alternatively, waffle some more just annoy Krypsyn. :P

Now I enjoy it, actually. Now that everyone isn't running with assumptions I know are not true, I am actually interested int he decision making process. People are actually talking about things that matter, not rehashing the same (usually false) arguments over and over.

I was about to say "Well, town ends up making some assumptions and then has to roll with them. You know how it is."

Then I remembered just how often you tend to end up scum or dead by Day 2, so perhaps you don't remember how it is. Also, you really did roll scum again in your first game back.

You could always have tried to steer things toward the truth. I'm not sure whether that would have been an interesting challenge for you, though.

Also, I think I'm going to wait until the mod arrives before spending time trying to do anything further.
@Lift: Are we still game on?

As far as I am concerned, yes. It is not nice if someone just gives up - that is quite game-breaking. But there is nothing in the rules forbidding to give up, so I will not sanction Krypsyn's play in any way. It's up to you if you lynch him for it or if you follow ZFR's suggestion and punish him by keeping him around to bore him to death. ;-)

Or in other words: Town win isn't secured yet. So keep playing.

Yes, in a Cult game. Adaliabooks was dead on point Day 2 when he said it would be a special kind of Hell if that had happened to me.

I could have done many things differently, and possibly won. Especially now since adaliabooks says he was going to NK trentonlf Night 3. I think I would have attempted to recruit ZFR or you.

The safest thing to do Today would have been to just go along with the HypersoniacLive wagon, saying that I was wrong to switch to Leonard03 Day 2 (which, I was; I thought he was a Mutant).

However, the game was driving me nuts. The only reason I had kept it together so far is because I wanted to at least try for dedoporno. With him dead, I am content with knowing I could have pulled it off; I don't need to play it through to see.

Anyway, I am sorry if I ruined anyone else's fun by outing myself. I just don't know if I have the patience or temperament for GOG Mafia anymore. :(

That's in direct conflict with your earlier rule #3, though.

That's actually what I'm wondering the most about; while the latter is true at the moment, I wouldn't put it past him to have lied about that, and give us a false sense of "security". N3 results would clear up things, I guess. Unless the Cyborgs go the "no (obvious?) action route" to muddy the waters, but I haven't run the numbers there to see how viable that may be for them, if at all.

Alrighty.

Can we get an official vote count, while you're here?
