I want to start using Twitch but I don't know how to setup.
So I have some questions about some stuff:
-Is there a good free stream program(short on cash)
-Recommend me a good mic
-Is it easy to stream DOS games?
-WHich games should I start with?

I appreciate all the help you can give me.

I am no streaming expert, but i think I can at least answer some of your questions.
- First there is OBS, aka Open broadcasting software. Which is an free and open source streaming and broadcasting software that you can use for streaming.
- A microphone that I would recommend if you have some money to spare is the blue yeti. It's not too expensive and it's quite good for the price.

As for games, stream the games that you think you will enjoy playing. Because if you're not having fun while playing, no one else will have fun watching you playing.

I think OBS is able to capture screen regions, So if you just make a region around the game window or capture your whole screen it should not be a problem. Don't quote me on that though, since as i said, I am no expert on streaming.

I think so, as long as it works and you're happy with the quality.
OBS can capture from several sources (say different screen regions, video files, still images, and/or cameras) at the same time, resize the captures, and combine them as you choose into a single image for streaming (or just output to a file if you'd rather do that for editing and later upload).

(I haven't actually done any streaming or recording myself, though the idea have come up, and so I have tried learning a bit of how OBS works.)
