Hello everybody, I am looking here to find the name of one strategy game which I played demo of that game when I was a kid, now I don't remember the name of it and I have looked everywhere to find it. If anyone can help to find the name of that game so it will be so great and I can play again. Description of game: It was/is alien type space strategy game. We collect resources/materials from asteroids. Create many ships to fight. There were four teams, one mine and other 3 opponents to complete campaign mission. It was a demo so there wasnt any thing more. It could have released on 1998-2002 I guess.

PLEASE HELP ME FIND IT.

Well, more info on game as far as I remember. There is one mothership, like town center we have in age of empires, and you connect other buildings to that mothership and you can have turrets too connected to mothership, and about army, if other opponents army attacks you so your army rise up from one surface to fight against them after the fight is over the remaining army/soldiers/robots/ships/spaceships(there are many) will come back to that surface.
It is set in universe, or space, you don't exactly see any planets around you. You can't move 360 like in other space strategy games, you can move like age of empires, you search map like you do in age of empires. Space shuttle, which collect resources from asteroids, I think there are two different types of asteroids one is simple and other one has gases coming out of it.
And yes, you will have astronauts too, roaming around your mothership/motherbase to repair it when it's damaged and I think they only build other buildings. They look small compared to soldier/army.

Is it real time or turn based? Description suggests the former but could you confirm?

Actually I can't decide, which one it is, real time or turn based, but I think whatever happens in space strategy doesn't consider to be real time, real time games are like command & conquer or age of empires. So I guess it will be turn based strategy. I really don't know, it could be turn based because there is so much which can not happen in real time.

Large empires, resources, trading, diplomacy, and war, but the game I am looking is not like that, it is a simple game, just like age of empires. Interface is not like malkari, you don't spend too much time on words written on screen or like ordering.

dark_protagonist: No it is not The Outforce. What makes you think that it is Fragile Allegiance ? Asteroids ? If so, they are not big asteroids where you can land and make building, there are small asteroids. I have watched gameplay of fragile allegiance but no it is not that game.
