I just bought The Journeyman Project Pegasus Prime and had no problems downloading it at max speed. In the same order I got Mary Skelter, which is stuck at less than 200kb/s. My connection is otherwise working perfectly fine and hit full speed easily on a speed test. I've restarted it several times and also tried in a different browser. No matter what I do, the download speed for this game is abysmal.

Anyone know what's going on here? 6 hours to download 4gb on a 400mbit connection isn't going to cut it.

If you're using GOG GALAXY, please attach your Galaxy's log files, which can be found here:
C:\ProgramData\GOG.com\Galaxy\logs
You may need to make hidden and system folders visible in order to get to these files.
