We never refused Eschalon. The dev did indicate that he would be happy to be on GOG in a forum post on his own website but he never approached us.

keeveek: Oh, that's surprising. I remember reading something that GOG refused Eschalon because you don't sell incomplete series or something like that. It was posted on GOG forums by gog community member after talking with eschalon devs or something

Ah, but I said I will confirm nothing, this could mean I will only confirm it in 50 years time.
