tinyE: I have 2 files currently in my "Patch Folder" under BG 2 called "bg2fixpack-v10" and "widescreen-v3%2e05".
TET was kind enough to link the thread detailing modding of BG in post 141. Since I don't recall the filenames, I'd suggest taking a look there, and then the last page(s) in case there's any dead links. But widescreen =/= high res patch, it just allows you to play in larger resolutions instead of cutting off the edges of the screen.

The store front page looks mighty impressive today with all the new releases, the promos and the amazing gift - thanks GOG :-)

Now if only the secure connection to the front page wasn't broken - I had to use a different browser to get the generous gift, because on my main browser the front page doesn't recognise that I'm logged in; what's worse is that it keeps asking me to log in over and over again without ever logging me in (I assume that it's caused by the site's bug conflicting with the HTTPS Everywhere ruleset for GOG).

I hope that the waiting time improves, otherwise I can see you guys having to deal with a lot of support tickets well into Monday ;-P

With me it ultimately took about 2hrs but yaaayyy DK just arrived on the shelf.Once again thx to GOG and also to EA, much appreciated.Everyone have a good one today.

It deepends on what you consider the "best". For me PvZ is still the best TD around, but PJM is also really nice. The graphics is okay, but reaching a perfect game can be quite a challenge. I would put it in the top 5% of a TD-Games.

Servers must really be going crazy cause the site claims DK1 Gold is coming "soon".
Unless GOG put that "soon" tag on it to be funny about the delay in receiving the free copy :P

My game was nearly instant in my libary. And good that I downloaded the game very soon after it. A friend gets a 404 error when he tries to download it and when I tested it, I also got the same error.

I am going to make a wild guess here...

Since it's impossible to access the Dungeon Keeper 1 game page (<span class="bold">Click Here</span>) I am assuming GOG is removing the game from their store after the free game promotion ends.

Why else would we not be able to access the game page for Dungeon Keeper 1?
