Time4Tea: Heads up: rumor of possible DRM in Wasteland 3, relating to a pre-order bonus:

https://www.gog.com/forum/general/wasteland_3_online_check_drm

I haven't verified, but wanted to flag it.
Hi, thank for share it, please, if you can send a message to InExile Support I will appreciate that very much! They will peobably give you the same answer but they will notice that many people is against those practices on GOG, there is another thread in the Wasteland Series Forum with many people that complain because they can't access the pre order bonus even using GOG Galaxy.

rimpolpalo: This report on Deux Ex: Human Revolution Director's Cut is very interesting:

https://www.gog.com/forum/deus_ex_human_revolution_directors_cut/crash_freeze_on_completion_of_first_takedown_or_successful_hack

I have not tested it myself, but if confirmed it would be appropriate to add this to the list.

Gersen: Wasn't it something that has been fixed since, there was issues with some Eidos games at some point, I would need to test.
I play it recently and I haven't experienced any problems

Hi, no problem. Yes, I saw your other post. Tbh, I'm not 100% sure myself if this constitutes DRM, if the bonus content is either not present or not activated in the GOG version. It sounds like it's trying to do an online verification, but failing for some reason?

I'd like to see some opinions from other people who frequent this thread.

If it ever requires an internet connection beyond the initial purchase, it's DRM. Should you download the offline installers and not have 100% of the product available to you, something is wrong and it's not even worth $0, but has a negative value due to the content locking.

Exactly, I know it's just a bonus but it's like, I purchase in GOG because is DRM Free, I don't want to be using a launcher so you can verify I preorder the game, I trusted in InExile and pre order the game but they don't trust in me, that's feel pretty shitty!
A new one, it seems :\

Dude, no offense but it was literally brought up 6 posts earlier ( https://www.gog.com/forum/general/drm_on_gog_list_of_singleplayer_games_with_drm/post240 ) and all posts between that post and yours are responding to it.
I mean seriously, thanks for bringing that up but PLEASE read other posts first ok? No hard feelings ;)

That is sad. I'll add Wasteland 3 to the list. The message from the dev is quite clear:
"The pre-order goods require online verification..."

Anything requiring online verification is DRM. Of course there will be people who argue that that is necessary for pre-order bonuses, but that is not true. So in my opinion this is a case for the list.

Yeah, they could have just put them in a DLC.
Btw I hope those bonuses will be normally available some time after release too, otherwise that's another problem..
There appeared a forum thread on PCGW recently regarding Crysis Warhead 32-bit binary.
Situation is probably being checked by some (I cannot do it myself since I don't own Crysis specificly Warhead) on PCGW but if anyone here can confirm then feel free to do so (as well as go post there).

Not really an issue, since GOG is not offering 32-binaries for Crysis Warhead, at least nowadays.

Well, I saw that note on store page only just now.
Tho GOG has been incorrect on several of their store page claims so who knows.
I don't personally own it so unfortunatelly cannot check it myself.
Is Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen's DRM working?
I though it wasn't working because many people complain about it here on GOG.

I played DD:DA without internet and never had any problems. Of course you can't use other people's pawns, but since I don't like such online content in my games anyhow, that's no loss. So if you don't want to participate in multiplayer play or exchange pawns, DD:DA doesn't seem to have DRM. At least I didn't notice any.
