Nifty pic! Is it Gundam Wing: Endless Duel? That game has some excellent sprites.

I knew someone would think of Gundam but no it isn't. (I haven't played any of the Gundam games)
Also not Costume Quest neither Space Hulk.

It is one of the first RTS to have a full 3D enviroment.
Maybe I'll add color later. Imagine the main color is red and the tiny letters yellow.

No, not this one. But very close.

Maybe I should add that apart from the standard tanks and airplanes, the main weapon in this game are these tall robots (obviously) piloted by a crew. They call them ComBots (from combat robots)
This particular combot is from the second (out of three) campaign.
