Let’s be honest - you didn’t see that one coming. As of today, three action-adventure games from the cult Dishonored series are available DRM-free on GOG.COM. Moreover, they come with special discounts lasting until the 24th of February 2020, 2 PM UTC.

Dishonored - Definitive Edition (-65%) is a first-person action game that enables you to take the role of a supernatural assassin Corvo Attano sneaking through the industrial city of Dunwall.

Dishonored 2 (-75%) takes place 15 years after the series’ first part. Here you can play not only as Attano but also as deposed Empress Emily Kaldwin.

Dishonored: Death of the Outsider (-75%) is a standalone adventure set in the series’ steampunk world. As a killer-for-hire, Billie Lurk you undertake the greatest assassination ever conceived.

You can also get all three games together with the Dishonored - Complete Collection (-70%). Don’t wait and start your adventure with one of the most critically acclaimed game series of the last decade!
Wow - this is fantastic. Just upgraded my computer and now I can finally play not only Dishonored, but also the newer Wolfenstein games.

Genuinely don't care that they came out a few years ago - I'd never have bought them on a DRM platform.
For those that love the Thief series then Dishonored is the true spiritual successor to Thief 1-3. Some of the same people worked on the two franchises and it shows. They are great games and totally worth it for that low price.

Is there any release thread in which you don't ask for GOG Connect?

tibus274: Question for you guys. Do Dishonored 2 and Death of the Outsider have the bonus content (New Game + and Black and White mode) that only came if you created an account and logged into Bethesda.net?
avatar
Thiev: it's included. No account linking required.
Does this means that it also has the Imperial Assassin's Pack that was given for free to people who linked their accounts?

He bought goods (bread) in one store, and now goes to other store and demands to give him bread for free, because he "has already paid for the bread."
He cannot understand that he paid not for bread, but for “access to bread in one particular store and only while this store is open”.

joppo: "Gog keeps releasing all this indie garbage"

"Yawn! Not another pixelart platformer"

"Where are the AAA titles Gog? Stupid curation that filters out games we want and brings the stuff nobody wants"

Well I hope this shuts them up for at least another week...
It's not like this has been the norm on GOG through the years, m8. It's a fairly recent phenomenon. The paywalls are cracking because the money isn't pouring in the way it used to.

It's been totally the norm for GOG to miss out on 90% of modern AAA's.

Maybe not today, but Ive been expecting this would happen any day now. I even expected these would make it here before Skyrim would. I am surprised Prey did not come along for the ride.

I am glad to see these here. However given that I have D2 on PS4 and played D1 on console previous gen, I will be buying the three in physical format first and Ill buy these whenever a good sale on them comes around.

Glad these made someones day though.

EDIT: Now I see you can buy them separately I might buy Death of the outsider

And I thought 75% off was a good sale.

99%, I think. But that was then -- now is getting better; unfortunately, it isn't because consumers are getting savvier. It's because the economics are getting decidedly shittier. So it's a mixed blessing, which is better than no blessing at all. ;p
Epic.
