Great. DRM is a threat to the history of videogames.

Knowing it has been broken makes me more confident future generations won't be at the mercy of these companies, in order to play the games that have it.
Repeating for awareness, Denuvo is not broken. (yet)

Oh well, back to the plan of burning the offices down and crucifying the employees then.

Alternatively, you can just, don't buy Denuvo protected games.

Nah, molotovs and crucifixion seems more exciting.

Johnathanamz: Digital Rights Management (DRM)

Also 100% Digital Rights Management (DRM)
100% Digital Rights Management (DRM)
If you don't mind me asking, why do you always post the full name of Digital Rights Management , rather than just saying "DRM" by itself?

And last I recall, the 30 FPS thing is untrue, unless you can find a source saying otherwise.

Johnathanamz: Denuvo is confirmed to take away about 30 or so FPS from the PC versions of video games that use it for both singleplayer and multiplayer.
That seems a lot of the computer's CPU and GPU power for DRM. I wonder how much of the player's electricity bill that 30 frames per second represents. More electricity, more heat, more fan noise...

neurasthenya: It isn't defeated in any way, they are just using an exploit. :v
Eh I still consider it a defeat even if it's a temporary small one... any progress is good progress in my book. I think it's days are numbered.
low rated
Well, that's a start... But honestly, how can we hope for the NEED ITSELF to tie something to a DRM system, be eliminated/defeated/undone??? Now, THAT would be interesting!

Denuvo must die for Gog's good.

That's like scrapping the bottom of the barrel xD

Seriously, this bypass relies on you having a Steam account for it to work it is useless as being a "no DRM" solution.
If Valve patches Steam and/or the demo is removed, then is all back to ground zero.
