As promised, it's time for another contest. This time it might be hard as we're testing your good old gaming knowledge. We've prepared a crossword puzzle (also attached to this post) where the answers we're looking for concern games you can find in GOG's catalogue. If you think you got all the answers (or as many as you can get) send the list of words from the crossword to users@gog.com until Tuesday, October 12 11:59 p.m. EDT.

From all correct entries we will pick 3 winners:
the winner will receive Strategy First catalogue
1st runner up will receive the games from TopWare catalogue
2nd runner up, thanks to our friends at PC Gamer, will receive a PC Gamer UK subscription.

Ready, set, go!

EDIT: The crossword appeared so difficult that even our testers have made a mistake ;). The answer for 17 down was supposed to be "Keepers", but we made it "Watchers" ;p. We won't take into account the answer for 17 down.

Tyler62092: Some of them refer to names of characters, which is what I have the most trouble with.

ctrl-f the catalogue with p, and choose the one that has p as the third letter.

Yeah, please post even more obvious hints. I thinks that I will post answers, so you won't have to trouble with being "helpful".

I don't think the "hamster" thing is a good hint. There is a better hint before that in this thread...

4: I found this by coincidence, but you'll have luck ctrl-f-ing.
So far no one has given hints for 17, i think.
