I'm having a problem with a game and I've done ALL of the troubleshooting suggestions. Nothing has worked. So, I went to "Contact Us" and clicked on the Technical button which is, supposedly, for problems you can't solve. All it does is take me to the troubleshooting articles...which I've already read. There is no way to actually contact GOG.

If this ploy is intended to get me to quit, in frustration, and not bother them again, I at least want a refund on the game that won't work. I'll just buy a disc on Amazon.

What game are you trying to get support for?
Assuming the game is not one that has been removed from the catalog, you can get into the contact section by clicking the "I can't find solution for my problem" button that I have outlined in the attached image.

Suppose you clicked on the game-when you look at the page there's a box on the right about not finding the solution to your problem(see attachment-you probably missed it because it's pretty small-I'm talking about the upper choice btw). Upon clicking there, you get a submit info about your problem form.

I briefly saw the same thing, where it was circular and took me back to where I started. Tried again from scratch and this time it took me to the contact form:

- Support tab up top. This opens a list of your games.
- Click the game in question. This opens a page with specific info about the game. On the left are the troubleshooting bits. On the right are shown the system requirements for the title, and then below that are the contact links.
- Click "I can't find solution for my problem". This should open an online form.
- Enter data / description of the difficulty.
- Click Send button near the bottom.

Good luck.

I will also suggest checking out the games' subforum, where you will often find solutions.
