Weeeeee! Go ahead, bounce around this ridiculously adorable world, brimming with quirky characters and delightful puzzles!

No, but I'm wondering what's the motivation for the title.
Is it supposed to be some real language, or some kind of joke?

It's close to Japanese, but in Japanese it would pikunikku, or sometimes pikkunikku, but it wouldn't be pikuniku. So... how are we supposed to interpret that?

Does that niku have some actual meaning here, as in pun? (niku = meat in Japanese)
