As promised, we have really great offers for you to celebrate the biggest gaming event in Europe - GamesCom in Cologne, Germany, for those of you who don't know what we're talking about. Not one, but two promos are running on GOG.com this week! First and foremost you can now grab the one and only The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings for only $29.99 (40% off the regular price)! The game that received IGN, GameSpot, GamePro and many others Editor’s Choice mentions and is believed by many to be on of the best PC titles of the year, is now available for the most affordable price you can find!

Additionally to this offer, we're having a 40% discount on games that enjoyed great success in Germany back in the good old days. You can grab Jagged Alliance 1 for $3.59 and Jagged Alliance 2 for just $5.99; Battle Isle Platinum for $5.99, Realms of Arkania 1 and 2 for $3.59, Realms of Arkania 3 for $3.59 and Master of Orion 1+2 for $3.59. This way everyone around the world can enjoy this gamer’s holiday even if you're not attending the show.

Both promotions end on Monday, August 22 at 3:59 a.m. (7:59 a.m. GMT), so don't wait and save those monies!
Oh wow. W2 promo is amazing. I can't run it on my laptop, so I'm passing, but still, awesome promo!

keeveek: So no free gog games for EU customers anymore? :P

GameRager: That was just a promo back when it came out I think, when the game was under regional pricing and thus EU customers had to pay more.
Eu customers had to pay more until today. and 18$ of cashback was still avaible. I'm just saying, cause this promo is so awesome for EU customers that I don't need any freebies anymore :D

GoG, you just had to put 3 games from my wishlist on sale, didn't you?

Thank GoGs, the brilliant Russian localization of JA2 grants me the immunity to all JA2 sales.
The Witcher 2 promo is.. acceptable.
For a few bucks more I could get the premium edition in a retail outlet.
The rest is incredibly meh.
And finally I have all Jagged Alliance games on GOG. Now I just need to find some time to actually play them before the new one comes out.
Ok. This is kind of nice: my cd with MoO2 broke last week, this must be a sign. Too bad I bought Witcher 2 for the full price, but what the hell, it was worth even that.
I already have both Witcher games collectors editions ( and they were worth their weight in gold) . And I am going to play-through them jet another time and the only thing that I want now Is Witcher 3 :) but I think I will pick up Master of Orion 1+2 this time.

keeveek: Will EU buyers still get 18$ worth of games on gog, too? It's a steal in that case! ;-)
No, actually. Evreyone pays $29.99 USD during the promo, so there's no need for the fair price package.

Oh, and hi from Cologne everyone!
Neat deal with the Witcher2.
Sadly my rig wont run it so I have to wait for even better price sometime in the future :)

Ok, thanks for straighting things up! It doesn't matter because 29,99$ is a great price mostly all over Europe, except for Poland :P

To be fair, we had great (retail) price to begin with ;)

Yeah, that''s what I was talking about ;-) We had Witcher 2 around 35$ day-1 , now even cheaper, but the rest of the world may be happy with this promo ;-)

PS. Is there going to be GOG press conference on Gamescom? Maybe some new EA games to reveal?

Cool! This evening I'll playing Witcher 2... hopefully.

Just 20€ and three months after release and hopefully bug free and DRM free and DRM free patches in the download already included. I am absolutely satisfied with you GOG. *thumbs up*

I would give you even a kiss if you would like it. :)))

I am really thinking about getting that Battle Isle pack, if I can find the spare money...
