Hello, I write everywhere but cant find the solution or anything.

The gog support is very (N).


I bought the game in my local store. Physical box edition. I have everything, box, card, postcard, invoice etc.

I redeem 2020 tha game without GOG, because this time possible. But now 2022 i cant see my account library.

The code cant redeem, and all gog channel is dead.

I hate the chatbot. I cant imagine this big company have an idiot solutions.. The bot know FIVE problem solutions..

Congrats. But i send email with my problems and the answare is very ugly.. I get a ticket with link. But This link redirect the bot.

Which game do you mean? I'm going to assume either Cyberpunk or the Witcher 3, but just be aware that you're posting in General Discussion so you're going to have to specify.

If I understand correctly, you redeemed a code for the game back in 2020 and it's now disappeared from your account?
1. Change your privacy settings to allow chat messages from everyone.
2. Send a staff member like ponczo_ or Clownski_ a polite chat message with your support ticket number.

The bot is just there to filter common issues to the support articles. If you keep with it, it will give you the option to talk to a support representative.

Yes. I redeem the code. I think without the gog client, but after i download the client because something not good for the game.

I cant play game, because bad optimalizing. But now 2022 try it again, just no have in my owned game library.

I think the problem is that i played first without GOG client, But Second try i download the client.

By that, you mean you didn't use GOG Galaxy to download and install the game in 2020?

I don't use Galaxy myself, but going by some comments I've read in the past, there seems to be a problem with Galaxy not properly recognizing games retroactively, that were installed using the offline installers.

Of course not - you already redeemed it when you bought the game and installed it in 2020.

I can't see the name of the game in your account, but you definitely own one game. I can only assume it's the one you think is missing.

The question is: do you still have it installed?
In that case you should be able to play it (offline).

If you have it de-installed in the meantime, and Galaxy doesn't show you the game in your (Galaxy-)account (for whatever reasons), download the offline installers again (via your account in the browser).

May not be the solution you're looking for, if you want to use Galaxy's features...but it will at least allow you to play your game.

8. Download all the installation files into the same folder.
9. Once all files are downloaded, find the executable (.EXE) file and launch it.
Feel free to back up these files for later use, if you wish.
