mondotomhead: I just bought this game from GameStop. The game doesn't recongize the serial number that came with the game. UGH! What now?

I've sent my s/n and code to Support. Has this happened to you?

Kurina: Just to knock the simple things out of the way first. Do you have any 0's or O's? If so, try swapping them around and see if that helps. My serial had what looked like a 0, but in fact, it was O.

No there is no letter or number that could be something else.
