Lo everyone, i realise its probably never going to happen but ...
I have quite a few games in my rather extensive library that i bought thinking it would be good games (mainly indies).
I even saw gameplay etc. and i still thought it would be good to buy them.

Then after a few hours i realised i made a mistake ...

Granted the games never costed much but now they really piss me off when i always see them listed in my library.
in the physical world i would either sell those games, hide them or even burn them.

But in the (amazing DRM-free !) GOG world i have to see them each and every time ...

Is it planned that we can sell our games or even hide or gift them away ?

Thanks !

Serrith.
go you your libray
click on the game you dont like
look at the row of options at the bottom of the game card and click hide game

and gone is the blight

and if you are really serious about not wanting them anymore you can contact support and they will remove the games from your library
dunno about a refund though
i only did it once with a free game

You can hide GOG games in your shelf by clicking on the game, then click on the "hide" link below the bonus stuff.
I must admit i ... never noticed that button before, but now that i see it i realise it was there for a loooong time lol.

But would it ever be possible for us to gift them away or sell them ?

Not yet, but there is hope for gifting ... only for games not downloaded ever (gog tracks if you download the game or not) (otherwise it's highly abusable).
You can vote for this here:

A bit of a necropost (it's barely been dead a month!) but is there a way to hide specificly tagged games?

Not sure about tags, but you can hide games. Isn't that enough?

Probably, I just wish I hadn't spent almost an hour before that tagging games as "Bleh" :D.

So you find it easier to click Tags->Tag name than simply "hide game"? :P
curious which games these are for you

Well, with tagging, I'd have a little more flexibility.

Simon the Sorcerer 3D for one, Still Life 2 for another, etc. Despite gog's carefully curated selection, duds sometimes sneak in.
