If you speak about your post , no . :p

I wanted to wrote : Another slice of the digital game distribution cake and a couple of thousands new customers for Steam . Casual games are more popular than any AAA or indie games . Angry Birds will on the top sellers list within hours .

i hate this game :)
I don't mind Angry Birds, and it was fun for a while, but it's been done to death now. Rovio cynical milking of the franchise is just getting more irritating than anything.

The cake was a lie anyway so steam doesnt get a slice cause it didnt exist..... or something i dont know I just wanted to recycle "the cake is a lie" thing again
So was this a stealth attempt to say that GOG needs the game or something?
Angry Birds on Steam? Well now I know what a good friend of mine will be playing in the coming days. :P
So this game and things like WarZ get released without fuss, and Giana Sisters and Miasmata need you-don't-know-how-many-votes on Greenlight? Nice system, Valve. :/

Why would they raise a fuss about something that's done as well as Angry Birds? And how is it in any way comparable to the broken mess that was WarZ?

My point is, I don't understand how Greenlight works, or why it is even needed.

It's pretty simple : Vote for a game and let us know you want it. If we know you want something, we're damn sure going to bring it here because it will sell.

Now, how do certain things avoid Greenlight? Not sure. It's possible they had pre-existing contracts when Greenlight came in to being. But I can certainly understand why a brand name that has been as successful as Angry Birds is passed through without needing Greenlight votes.

I'm just going to say that Angry Birds is many, many, many, many, many times more popular than Giana Sisters and Miasmata...I mean, do those games have spin of cartoons, books or physical stores?

Anyway, I'm tempted to buy this, but I don't know if this is something I really want vs. this game just having a huge insatiable hype-train.

Its only popular because its sold heaps on apple store and android store. VERY casual games and obviously made for tablets/mobiles. Rovio just cashing in
Am I the only one who has never played Angry Birds? I feel like I was back in gradeschool and everyone gave me shit because I was the only one in the class who hadn't seen "Back to the Future".
