We're launching the weekend early this week as good things should last longer. You've been waiting for this promo for a while, and it's finally here!

You knew this day will finally come, and at last you can grab the great Dungeons & Dragons classics, including Baldur's Gate, Planescape: Torment or Neverwinter Nights, for prices so crazy you have to figure that we're Chaotic Neutral. With this deal we're also testing a totally new promo system that gives you a bigger discount the more games you buy in one order. We're starting with a 20% discount if you buy one game from the offer. Every another game from the promo that you add to the order increases your discount with another 5%, so 2 games get you 25% off, 3 games get you 30% off and so on, until you get a 60% discount on your order of the whole D&D collection. Of course if you already own some of the games from the promo they will count towards your final discount!

The promo ends on Monday, September 26 at 11:59 p.m. EDT, so there's no time to lose, and you'll never know when a similar occasion will happen again.

keeveek: If you haven't played any of them yet -> you're the luckiest person on the planet. THOUSANDS of hours of gameplay ahead of you, sir!
I've played a few of them in the past.

But you can sure bet that I will play and replay all these 9, again.

Oh... to have time to complete both Baldur's Gate games and Battlefield 3 together...

ne_zavarj: Something better , bigger . The city buliding series of Sierra , KB AP and Crossworlds , the complete Kohan series . :(

DrIstvaan: Well, I always try to expect the least and then if it's nothing I like, I shrug and go on, but if something cool happens, I'm glad I was expecting less. Maybe you should try it, too.
For example, I thought the staff would only share some numbers and say something generic along the lines of 'We'll continue expanding the catalog with great new titles!', so what happened is way better than I expected.
Same here. If you prepare for the worst, the only surprises you are gonna get are the good ones. ;)
I love you

keeveek: It's kinda funny that buying all of the games is cheaper than buying 1 or 2 less, lol.
I guess it depends on your currency and/or the number of games from the promo that you already have. I do not have any of the games, so deleting 1 game lowers the overall price by 19 cents. Deleting 2 games from the promo lowers the overall price by $1.38.

I try . For example i like the new promo system .
About this promo : I don't own two of those games : Dungeons & Dragons: Dragonshard and Forgotten Realms: Demon Stone .
Hmmmm. I'm wondering whether I should go for the whole enchilada. Haven't owned or played any of these, but I've always been quite interested in Baldur's Gate/Neverwinter Nights. If I do I certainly wouldn't need to look at any RPG purchase for a looong time, which might save me from Skyrim's temptation.

Decisions, decisions.
Kudos to GoG for counting the games we already own toward the discount. I'll get the ones I don't yet have when I get paid tomorrow :P
Did you notice that getting the first 8 games is more expensive than getting all 9? :)

Dragobr: Sorry GOG, but I can't support you on this. 60% on these games is a pretty good discount, but I'm not interested in all of them, and if I pick all of those I'm interested in, the price is too high for me to pay. Then, if I pick few games, as I usually do, the discount is unattractive.

So, I have to vote against this new promo system. I don't have a lot of money, so I very rarely pick more than 1 or 2 games, and if this system is always used, the discounts will usually be so low that it's very likely that I just won't buy anything.
You have a point there, sir. Thought exactly the same. It's even hilarious that at some point, when you remove games the price goes higher since the discount drops... Of course, this was always the case when you removed like one or two titles from a -60%/-50% promo of 10+ games, but now this effect is enhanced and I myself find that a bad thing.
Noes! You are sucking the monies out of my wallet! :D

Already covered. Beyond certain point adding cheap ToEE pulls the price down.
Damn. I've had my eye on 6 out of these, and it just manages to come on the weekend I have no money. >.>
But I already own all of these on disc! GoG, why doest thou temp me so?
What a weird promo. Unfortunately I already own the disk versions of most of those games, and the trivial discounts left over is not enough to tempt me into buying the rest (which I have no time to play right now anyhow.)

Ahhh, that's what it is! I couldn't figure out what people were talking about when they spoke of the price going up when only 1 game is deleted. My price always went down, even incrementally. Of course, I never unchecked TOEE and that's the one that does it...
