that's fine, and your prerogative, but get your facts straight and try not to perpetuate moral panics and urban myths.

My comment was just intended to be a little joke about these endless time cosuming videogames.

Anyway

And much more media published this... So, I am not guilty of anything. Blame them if you like.

Ps: It was a little comment, I don´t want to troll around here.

I agree - you better stop playing games right now.

(Sorry for getting off topic. I will stop now. It is just that this is an recurring issue which annoys me.)
Happy face. :)

My copy of the game finally arrived.
I really like diablo 3 I think it's a really goo..

Error 3003
Okay, activated the game. If anybody wants to add me, Elenarie#2772.
Yesterday I have visited a friend and he showed me Diablo 3. Now after seeing it in real, I can't help myself but to think about Torchlight whenever I see it. He even gaveme one guest pass because he has noone else to give them to, so I'll try how it will run on my sorry excuse of a PC.

Fun fact: he tried to add me to friends list via e-mail adress and he got an error message. Yay...

orcishgamer: Actually, that makes little sense... why make that bit annoying on hard core? Shared stash was actually a reasonable usability change they'd added and it does nothing to cheapen hard core...
Well, it makes sense since it could be considered cheating farming bosses for gear in normal and then gearing up your hardcore characters with gear and gold you've essentially farmed at no risk.

What irritates me though is that the vendors aren't transferred over either. I have both blacksmith and jeweller at level 8, but have to start from scratch in hardcore.

That ALSO applies to your stash. I've bought full two tabs on normal, giving me lots of space to keep items I think I might need or want to auction off, but no, on hardcore you start with 14 slots. Because you NEED to stay ahead of the content curve gear wise on hardcore, you really need to save up your gold for the auction house, so spending 200.000 gold on stash upgrades is out of the question for a while.

So yeah, it really really IS hardcore.
Watching the Behind the Scenes DVD right now (yea, I pirated it).

All I have to say is, wow! I wish I was working there. :)

Yes, this one is a pita. Both of you go to battle.net, log in to your account:
Settings -> Communication preferences -> Tick 'Enable Real ID'

BUT AFAIK people with guest passes cannot join games with those who have actual accounts. So players with players, guests with guests.
I might be wrong though.

Thanks. I don't care much about playing together, merely about knowing about each other should we play different games.

Oh no, yeah, that would be cheating, but having your stash shared between hard core characters only would be fine.

Pheace: Is he talking about between hardcore characters? I assumed he was talking about from non-hardcore to hardcore. My bad if it's the first.
Yeah, I think I misunderstood his statement. Can anyone confirm that there is a shared stash between hard core only characters (that non-harcore characters cannot access and vice versa)?
avatar
amok: I don't think you can use AH on hardcore either.
Real money AH will not be present in hard core mode. I'm sure the gold AH works fine, though.

Done!
I'm not good at chatting online though. The game is quite hectic and it's quite difficult to read any text on a 12.6" screen with 800x600.

Though, I'm getting a bit suspicious, shows that I've just played with a bunch of players, when I clearly haven't... Time to change PW I guess.
