WrathOfTheAngels: Not a bad idea. I used to use Xenon's web site, because he want to collaborate in some way...

Yes, it's going well, but I need to write another bit of code, before relising the "alpha" version. I can work on it, only in the week-end, so I'm still at an early early stage.

edit:
this week-end I'm not at home, so this will procure another delay

KeitaroBaka: Ok the new script works wonder. Good luck with the Java downloader !
thank you :)
I'm trying to add this to the AUR, but I need a wgettable link for the script. Can you provide one? The one on the site cannot be wgetted.
Took a little time to find out the default directory structure of phoca download which the site uses for downloads but afterwards it was easy to find direct link
http://www.xenon1170.com/phocadownload/GoGDownloader.sh.tar.gz
Thanks Sude!

edit: The package is now uploaded to the AUR.

At the moment, I have the license on the AUR package set to LGPL. This was a mistake, I was using another AUR package as a template. Exactly what license do you give the script?

Can you tell me what is the difference between gnu and lgpl? I tryed to read on wikipedia, and the lgpl seemed to be the good one.

I think the biggest difference is
"using the Lesser GPL permits use of the library in proprietary programs; using the ordinary GPL for a library makes it available only for free programs"
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/why-not-lgpl.html

but as it's just a bash script it shouldn't really matter what license it's on. Propiertary products wouldn't use it anyway because they couldn't include GPL'd programs (sed, wget, etc)
You could as well license it under WTFPL just because it has a great license name :D

Eh eh eh :)
Yes, I think that WTFPL, with the no warranty clause, is the right choise for this script :)

Those are just votes to get the package moved into the [community] repository. Unless the package is utterly groundbreaking, it won't usually end up in there.
It seems that using aria2 plus a very very slow connection is not a good idea. I have downloaded Baldur's Gate 2, Spellforce and Septerra Core and they are all corrupted. Instead, when I was usig only wget, I downloaded Baldur's Gate, King's Bounty and Earthworm Jim and they work fine...

The Windows version of the downloader is almost ready. I hope to end it today :) Stay tuned
Ended the Windows version... Now it needs a bit of tests. Maybe tomorrow I'll release it. Now it's time for me to go to sleep =_=
