The buzz around GOG's closure and re-opening has slowly faded away and we wanted to sum up the beta stage with a special gift for all those who have been with us during that period. Two years ago we began our revival of all-time PC-gaming classics for all you fans of good old games. Through ups and downs we’ve received a lot of support from the best community we could ever imagine (that’s you!) and we want to thank everyone who’s been with us through our beta stage with a special gift.

Any user who created an account before we closed down the site and moved out of beta (that's September 20, 2010) will receive Jagged Alliance: Deadly Games for free! We'll be adding the game automatically to your accounts during the next days, so don't worry if the game is not yet there.

Of course, we're not forgetting about all those users who joined the GOG family in the last few weeks. Together with Strategy First we're launching a special promotion to offer their GOG catalogue at a 50% discount.

If you've been a part of GOG beta and you already bought Jagged Alliance: Deadly Games, please click here, as we have an alternative gift for you.

Thanks for being with us!
Thank you GOG! That was really nice of you :)

I must admit that I have never played Jagged Alliance, but if it's a bit like the old X-Com games, I'm sure I will enjoy it. :)
Thanks GOG :D
Thank you GoG.com very nice of you and was totally unexpected.
Thank you, GOG! :D
I'm kind of curious, why this game GOG?

PirateNeilsouth: I don't want this game , can i exchange it for something else of equal value please gog?

Duffadash: Don't be ungrateful just because your FREE (awesome) game has crappy graphics... It's not like other games here are that expensive anyways... Give it a try, and if you don't like it, give the installer to a friend who will... And buy Planescape, Sacrifice or Duke Nukem 3D or something...
As for me who used to play games on an amstrad cpc with green screen i don't give a toss about the graphics. But i do with a shitty game , this isn't a gift it's like giving someone a pair of socks for christmas.
Thank you GOG. That is very kind of you! Respect!
GOG... you guys are awesome!
I'll admit I didn't eve know about the relaunch trickery until I saw the email just now. Still, awesome that I'm getting JA out of this. It was next on my list of "to buys". Now I can use the money to get Baldur's Gate! Yeah!
Cool. Really cool.
Since I've become hooked to JA2, I was setting my sights on the first one and its expansion. It's almost my 100th day as a GOG user, and even though steam has disciples 2 gold for five bucks, I'll be purchasing it here in the future because you guys are the best.

wow, just checked and disciples 1 and 2 are part of the promo. along with JA.

Damn, I love you guys.

Thanks!
Brilliant! Thank you, GOG.

I also picked up the three Pro Pinball games at 30% off as well, cheers for that.

I highly recommend them to anyone who remotely enjoy pinball -- the absolute best pinball games on PC since Pinball Dreams.
You guys are amazing.
Thanks for the game - Lets start having 50% off for whatever titles purchased. Can't see myself dropping $70 when I only really want a couple titles.
