Licurg: No, they're not. I've yet to meet a female who finished a 4X game on even the easiest difficulty . And trust me, I've been looking.
My mom plays Heroes 3 and she can finish it

4X games are far more complex than standard TBS games like HoMM . I've had turns in MoO2 or Eador that lasted more than it took to finish an entire HoMM 3 map .

You can have longer turns the other way around as well. It only depends on the map size. And complexity is no criterion for the 4x definition.

Anyway, your reasoning for women being able to play Heroes but not Eador is complexity?
