orcishgamer: What does Scoot sound like now? Cause I kind of recall "scottish".
He is Still the Original Scottish in PURE, but his dialog (and therefor a lot of narrative and backstory etc) is greatly reduced. He pretty much only acts as a tutorial now. Kinda tragic, really cos he was awesome.

Prophecy Scoot is "generic monotone raspy voiced badass". He doesn't suck, but he has no where near the personality of Original Scoot.

Yeah, I didn't play that version. The version I did play is apparently upgraded, but still sucked:(
1/4 Broken Sword: Director's Cut
2/4 BioShock

P.S. Thanks Ian for gifting me BioShock!

/e: Now would you kindly...

I was going to play Mass Effect 3 as the 4th game, but I want to play it with the Extended Cut addon. Turns out it's 1.85 gb large - while that's fine, for some reason the download was sluggishly slow. So, while waiting I played Zombies. which I got for free yesterday from the GMG/Playfire promo. It wasn't very long, only about an hour, but in the meantime the Extended cut addon got downloaded. Nevertheless, Zombies. was the 4th game I've finished this month, so....challenge completed? And it's only the 9th day!

Again, here's the list of games I played and finished.
-Lucius
-The Last Express
-Closure
-Zombies.

I am going to play at least that Mass Effect 3, but Scribblenauts Unlimited too this month. So my number of finished games this month probably won't end at four.
1/4 Broken Sword: Director's Cut
2/4 BioShock
3/4 Last Express, The

P.S. What a wonderful story. I'm stunned :)
EDIT = Sorry, was too eager to post my update and didn't see this prior post..

Way to go mate! Especially with Last Express being in there! What a great achievement to finish that one game alone in under a month! ( you too, makr3la) That makes you our first person to finish I think! Someone throw this person a spare code, or something :)

/EDIT

Woo!

1/4 - Mark of the Ninja - Complete
2/4 - DeathSpank: the Baconing - Complete!

Man those Deathspank games constantly crack me up! There are few games as hilariously dumb and consistently amusing. Finished it 100% (ie unlocked all Achievements) so that is actually 2 from 2 for that!

Once again it took me about 4 days to finish this one in the first go around. The replay on Insane difficulty was much quicker at one day. Not quite as quick as Hard mode on MotN, but still surprisingly quick considering the boost in difficulty.

So on to 3/4! :D

I'm pretty sure I'll be starting Dust: an Elysian Tale later today. Completion time estimates seem to be about the same as MotN and D:tB, so hopefully that holds true, or I'm probably going to be pressed for time getting DeadLight Finished before March rolls around!

HeDanny: Of course I am assuming here you are playing "Prophecy". If you are playing "Pure" then, er.. forget I said anything. In some ways, I honestly prefer Pure to Prophecy. The lame final boss fight and re-casting Scoot the main offenders. I want Scoot from the original build back. All Cocky and chatty and Scottish. He was awesome. Prophecy Scoot is just too bland after Original Scoot.

orcishgamer: What the hell, which version did I play 2 years or so ago on XBLA?
Either way it sucked, I just want to know if there was a less sucky version?
Actually, the game gets a bad rap but I enjoyed the game up 'til the final boss.

In the meantime I finished Mark of the Ninja, so 2 down so far with an asterisk.
One more down!

Ultima II
Ultima VII
Half Life 2
Way of the Samurai 3
Spec Ops

2/4 done then
1/4 Sam & Max Save the World
2/4 Syndicate

Now I'm playing Dark Fall - The Journal. Thought it would be another game that I could complete within some days. But it turned out that I completely suck at it. Seems I always miss the important hints or write down the wrong notes. Will try some more, but I will probably need a walkthrough if I want to see the end of this game.
Finished:

- Mark of the Ninja
- Game of Thrones (RPG)

In progress:
- Gray Matter

Edit: As a side note I did finish 4 books this month. Any challenge for that? I think I can get at least 4-6 more by the end of the month :P

Well, this challenge is over for me :) Was fun, thanks!

1/4 Broken Sword: Director's Cut
2/4 BioShock
3/4 Last Express, The
4/4 A New Beginning - Final Cut

P.S. Thanks K_1269 for gifting me A New Beginning - Final Cut!

AND NOW IT'S TIME FOR *SYSTEM SHOCK 2* CHALLENGE!
Finished Skyrim.

Also decided to swap a game of Civ 5 for Fallen Enchantress. Playing as Japan with 12 rivals. I'm in the 1200's right now.

Torchlight 2's gonna be an issue I think. My furthest along game is with a friend, but everytime we play lately we get desync'd. One of us ends up ghosting in the game unable to see what the other is doing. Really annoying.
Three down:

1. Ratchet and Clank: Going Commando
2. Super Castlevania IV
3. Jak II

Jak II was really good except that it's frustratingly difficult so much of the time. It's a whole lot of fun when things are going smoothly, but you have to stop and replay the same sections again and again so often that it just becomes frustrating and boring.

I've got about 1/3 of Quantum Conundrum to go to complete my four games, and I've gotten 2/3 of the way through a replay of Thief 2 during this time too. Not a bad effort.
Second one completed: The Whispered World.
