Hi guys, I have already contacted support but you have never experienced such a thing? as the title I have disappeared from the library 3 games including:

PILLARS OF ETERNITY: HERO EDITION
DIVINITY: ORIGINAL SIN
GAME OF THRONES: A TELLTALE GAMES SERIES

I sincerely hope that this will be resolved damn!

Before GOG introduced the new account system, there was a bug that caused Fallout 1 to dissappear and reappear randomly in people's libraries, but since then, there wasn't really anything of the sort.

No way, I do not think they have hidden not even know how it gets ...

Did you try the link I gave you above?

As for hidden games, see that button that says "My Collection"? Click it and a drop-down menu should appear that also shows if you have any hidden game (see image below for an example).

Oddly, Lure of the Temptress; Teenagent; Ultima: Martian Dreams; Stargunner; Flight of the Amazon Queen and Akalabeth also seem to be missing.

It will. They are obviously in your account history, so support will just re-add them to the library.
I once had a problem where I purchased a game, but immediately after making the payment, GOG.com crashed due to heavy traffic, which resulted in the game not being added to my library. After that, I contacted support and they added it manually within a day.

They are the remaining free games on GOG, so unless they changed the system since 2012, they should have been added to your library upon signing up, alongside those seven other games there.

Not necessarily. If you redeem a gift code, then it also shows as a "free" gift.

Unfortunately these codes were among those that we recently discovered to have been purchased fraudulently. We have canceled the codes and, most importantly, issued refunds to the owners of the stolen cards.
I would strongly suggest that you contact whomever you purchased these codes from, and demand a full refund.
I apologize for any inconvenience caused.

On a side note, it's worth pointing out that selling GOG gift codes is forbidden as per our User Agreement (3.3) so these should never have been put on sale anyway.
