It was a very old and basic game consisting of silver bells hanging on a string.
A pair of DOS games. I forgot the name of the first one, but it was probably the first one I played. It came on a floppy disk where you played animals in a 2D grid-based game where you had to eat animals lower on the food chain while staying away from natural enemies and get to the end point of the level.

The other one I dunno if it came on a floppy disk or a CD, but it was called Red Cat, and I played over a dozen of the other games in the series in my childhood. :)
My first game out of PC was probably Terminator (II?) on the Game Gear, and I hate it still today. My first game on a PC (Mac) was Might & Magic III, and this was much more to my like.

tinyE: I WISH! Just one would have made the game so much easier! :P
lol

In the beginning I think I was just amazed by the fact that when I went off the screen to the right, I reappeared on the left, so I just flew and flew. Well, until i smashed the asteroid. But yeah, later I found my love in mario for that reason, much easier (and more sounds). :)
I'm pretty sure it was Doom, if not, it was Quake 2. I enjoyed those games alot back then, I used to beat them over and over on a single day on Nightmare mode (I believe that's the maximum difficulty on both games, I might be wrong...). The only game from the current game generation that looks to me like those two is Wrack, which is available at Desura and Gamersgate for 9.99$, I believe.
It was a Lion King game, but I can't for the life of me remember what it was called.

Westwood's was the most popular one from what I know, maybe it was that one?

Yeah, well, if it was a Lion King game it was probably called The Lion King. :p
Also: I beat that one last year with my girlfriend. Most excruciating gaming experience ever.

Yeah, I think it was that one
It was either Micro Machines V2 on the SNES or something on I *think* on someone else's a ZX Spectrum or similar that involved mowing a lawn.

God knows why I found that compelling.
The first game I played was right after my parents got an Apple II and it came with Lode Runner. The screen had two colors: Green and black.
My first game I ever played was:

Lane Mastodon Vs. The Blubbermen... then later on played Dungeons of Kroz, PC Pool, and Leisure Suit Larry

Ahh, Dungeons of Kroz. I remember that one. My mom played the crap outta it.
