Blankpen: Hello. I am having a glitch where you get frozen right after Grace looks through the spotlight window at Von Glower in Chapter 6. I did some research and it seems the only way to get around it is to have a save file and the .cat for right after that moment. I saw that at one time a user on here named Namur had such files that helped people but the link has long since expired. Is there an easier solution or could someone help me get those files?

Hi! I had this same problem at this exact same location. Tried several different things, and after contacting GoG and getting no help after a couple weeks, finally wound up backing up my saves and reinstalling the game. I also unchecked the cloud saves in the GoG window (where you open the game). Then I had a similar lockup on the replay at the Huber farm, trying to get into the car.
Turns out that my issue was because I had my "music" turned all the way down on my game settings option (where you save your game). When I turned my music back on, I no longer had the Huber farm lockup. I then copied my old save back into the game save folder (I just left the file name the same, even though my new game didn't have nearly as many saves). I'm not sure if the issue was resolved because I changed the volume setting or if it was a combination of the reinstall and volume setting change, but this is what solved it for me. I also updated all my drivers early in my troubleshooting process.
I played on a PC with Windows 10. Please repost if this works and I hope this helps!
