If you are on a Mac, we haven't released an update for the Mac version.

When will the patch for Mac version be available?
Perhaps you didn't hear frin, so I'll ask: WHEN WILL THE MAC UPDATE BE RELEASED?!

If you don't know, say "I don't know". It kinda sux, Judas, when you write about releasing "the latest and greatest" version, but ignore your Mac users.

Again, I understand GOG is merely the retailer, but ignoring customers to whom GOG has sold a substantially broken game (loss of save files on the Mac) does not reflect well upon the store.

Please find out if a Mac update is in the works; if it isn't, tell us so that we may request a refund. If it is, give us a ballpark date.
Here's another vote to getting the MAC version of the patch soonest.

I prefer not to replay the game so I am eagerly waiting for this :)

Thanks!
I don't see any separate patch file on my account, so am I correct to assume that each time a patch is released I need to download the whole 2 GB installation file?

Hi, I´d like to know that too. I´ve bought the 20th anniversary edition today and there is just the 2gig file, no patch file. Is the patch included in the 2gig file? Please reply :) tnx.

Well, the patch WAS available separately when it was first released. It was only a good while later, when it was replaced with an updated, single installer. I have no idea why they did that.

And normally you don't have to redownload the game each time. I guess they just make a new, updated installer when the game has gotten older. Not right away.

There is no rule though. Some games keep their separate patches for a long time, others get updated installers. Maybe it just depends on who over at GOG handles the respective game. Different preferences.

There is always the same error message: "Game installation not found, please reinstall."

Is there maybe another patch that must be installed previously?
